New building of a five-star hotel with 208 rooms and suites. The planning required an expensive renovation and reconstruction of the former storage room for costumes of the State Opera. Thereby, the listed structure of the historical building was preserved and the hotel interior was artfully integrated. This is shown, among other things, by an original brick wall that in some rooms is coated with a glass wall only and allows an impressive view from the room at the historical outer wall. The enormous ceiling heights of the historical building were used for a living concept on two floors in the so called duplex suites.
